Shipping rates for bulky items are estimates only and further charges may apply to remote areas.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days depending on demand
Depending on your location delivery can take up to 2-9 business days. If you require your order urgently we recommend the Express Postage option.

At Kidz Cove, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
• The item is unused and in its original condition.
• The item is in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is provided.
• The item is not a clearance, sale, personalised, or hygiene-sensitive product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a:
• Refund
• Replacement
• Repair
depending on the nature of the issue. Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Opened sensory compounds, slime, putty, or hygiene-related products
• Personalised or custom-made products
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
