How long does shipping take?

What age are products suitable for?

Kidz Cove offers toys, fidgets, sensory products, squishies and collectibles suitable for a wide range of ages.

The recommended age for each product is listed on the individual product page and packaging. While many of our products are suitable for children aged 3 years and over, some products may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

We always recommend adult supervision where appropriate and encourage customers to check the age recommendations before purchasing.

How do Mystery Boxes work?

Each Kidz Cove Mystery Box contains a hand-picked selection of toys, fidgets, squishies, sensory products and other exciting goodies.

Here's how it works:

•    Choose your Mystery Box size or value.

•    We carefully select a variety of products from our range.

•    Every box contains products worth more than the price you pay.

•    No two Mystery Boxes are exactly the same.

•    The contents remain a surprise until you open your box!

Can I request specific items?

While Mystery Boxes are designed to be a surprise, you can leave a note at checkout with any preferences (for example: "loves squishies", "aged 8", "no slime please"), and we'll do our best to accommodate where possible.

Will I receive duplicates?

If you order multiple Mystery Boxes in the same order, we'll do our best to minimise duplicate items, although this cannot be guaranteed.

Are Mystery Boxes refundable?

Due to the surprise nature of Mystery Boxes, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if an item arrives damaged or faulty, we'll happily help resolve the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law.

We want you to love your purchase. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We'll work with you to find the best solution.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with photos of the product and packaging. We'll assess the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Are your products safe?

We carefully select products from trusted suppliers and prioritise safety and quality. Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate, particularly for younger children and products containing small parts.
